I was reading through a book on my ipod called UNIVERSE by John Gribbin and it was discussing the existence of an 11th dimension. I noticed several discrepancies with this notion including what has become to be known as the time dimension. The book says that just like a piece of 2 dimensional paper in a 3 dimensional spacial world like our own our universe belongs to an 11th dimensional entity. But where did this 11th dimensional entity come from, if you assume that in the 11th dimensional universe there is no time there is no before or after the entities just exist infinitesimal. But if there is no time how can the 11th dimensional entities collide to instigate the quantum fluctuation that produced the BIG BANG. The only way is to assume that time does exist in the 11th dimensional universe and that there is a higher dimensional landscape with no time but laws that can instigate the production of entities in the 11th dimension, then for this higher dimension there is no before or after but laws exist to produce the entities in the 11th dimension. Then existence doesn’t have an origin but an infinitesimal existence so it solves the time paradox and with it all the discrepancies. So just like a singularity in a black hole time has no meaning in this higher dimensional existence and as for laws who knows what criminal justice is at work in an existence we can never observe or touch with current technological prowess.
